Day Drops: Place 0.7 mL under your tongue, around 20 to 30 minutes before eating, with a glass of water at the first dose in the morning. Wait about 10 seconds, then swallow.
Night Drops: Place 2 mL under your tongue, 1 to 2 hours before bedtime, a few hours after eating. Shake well before use. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
