Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to every state and territory in Australia with Australia Post. Here is what delivery costs and how long it takes.

How ordering works

Add products to your cart and pay securely at checkout by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna or Link. Payments are processed by Stripe. You receive an order confirmation by email straight away.

Where we deliver

Anywhere in Australia, including regional and remote areas. We do not ship outside Australia.

Delivery times

We usually dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Australia Post delivery then takes 2 to 8 business days, depending on your postcode. Regional and remote areas can take a little longer.

Delivery cost

A flat $15 per order. Orders that include a 1 litre Tahitian Noni bottle are $18, because of the weight of the glass bottles. The delivery cost is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched we email you the tracking details.

Delivery address

Please make sure your address is complete and correct at checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.

Damaged or missing items

If your parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, email us within 7 days of delivery with your name, order details and a photo, and we will sort it out with you.
