Shipping Policy

Overview

ARIIX Australia ships across the entire country from our Australian warehouse. We are committed to getting your order to you safely, quickly, and in perfect condition. All orders are processed and dispatched from South Australia.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Your total delivery window includes both.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or due to carrier circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders. Any applicable promotions will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your delivery directly with the carrier.

If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@ariix.com.au.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. ARIIX Australia is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at hello@ariix.com.au.

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes at this time. Please provide a physical street address.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive your parcel, the carrier may leave a card with instructions for collection or redelivery. Please follow the instructions on the card or contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@ariix.com.au as soon as possible. Please keep all original packaging, as it may be required for a carrier claim. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipping

At this time, ARIIX Australia ships within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping. For international orders, please visit the Partner.Co global website.
