How do I place an order?
Browse our store at ariix.com.au, add your desired products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards via our secure PayPal-powered payment gateway.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch. If you need to make a change, please contact us at hello@ariix.com.au as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, view your order history, and speed up future purchases.
Are your products authentic Partner.Co products?
Yes. ARIIX Australia is the official Partner.Co distributor in Australia. Every product sold on ariix.com.au is genuine, sourced directly from Partner.Co, and shipped from our Australian warehouse.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes. We ship to all states and territories across Australia, including New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania, the ACT, and the Northern Territory.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Metro areas are generally faster. Remote and rural destinations may take slightly longer.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders. Please check the current promotions at checkout or contact us at hello@ariix.com.au for details.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase after using the product for 30 days, you may be eligible for a full credit, exchange, or refund (less shipping charges). Please see our full Returns Policy for details.
How do I initiate a return?
Email us at hello@ariix.com.au to request a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Returns cannot be accepted without a valid RA number. Once issued, write the RA number on the outside of your return package.
Are there any products that cannot be returned?
Promotional items and certain specialty products may have more restricted return conditions. Partner.Co reserves the right to refuse refunds for quantities that exceed what can reasonably be consumed within 30 days.
