Returns & Refunds Policy

Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after using it for 30 days, we will offer you a full credit, exchange, or refund — no questions asked.

Please note: Refunds are issued for the product price only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of your purchase date
  • The product must have been purchased directly through ariix.com.au
  • A Return Authorisation (RA) number must be obtained before returning any item
  • The quantity returned must represent reasonable personal use — typically no more than 100 PV of product per month

Partner.Co reserves the right to refuse refunds for quantities that cannot reasonably be consumed within 30 days.

Promotional & Specialty Items

Promotional items, limited edition products, and certain specialty items may have more restricted conditions for return. Please contact us before returning these items to confirm eligibility.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at hello@ariix.com.au with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will issue you a Return Authorisation (RA) number within 2 business days
  3. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the return package
  4. Ship the item to our warehouse at the address below
  5. Once received and inspected, your refund, credit, or exchange will be processed within 5 business days

Returns without a valid RA number will not be accepted and may be returned to sender at the customer's expense.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the credit.

Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange rather than a refund, please specify your preferred replacement product when you contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the replacement item is of different value, the difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@ariix.com.au within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.
